I have always had great experiences at this Massage Envy. Sara at the front desk has always been kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help you. Kim is an amazing therapist who is not only very good, but treats you like family. Keith is also very good, and so is Aarial. If you are interested, I would recommend going to this establishment.

I have been using this massage envy location off and on for several years. Previous visits and interactions have been lackluster. In fact, at one point, I put my membership on hold for over a year because I was unimpressed with the overall customer service. However, over the last year, things have changed quite a bit. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel like a valued client. The front desk folks are always smiling and extremely helpful. Several of them even greet me by name. My massage therapist Sheena is amazing! With her deep tissue techniques, my chronic headaches have become a thing of the past. The communication has improved significantly from this location too. I actually look forward to my sessions and wish that you guys could clone Sheena so we could have more appointments ❤️.
